Anne Alexander

I’ve been designing web pages since 1998 and creating web graphics since 1999. At first I used an HTML editor, but soon made the decision to learn HTML code. It was too frustrating trying to design pages without understanding how HTML code works. Since then, I’ve been hand coding my pages using NotePad, adding knowledge of CSS, JavaScript and PHP.

My interest in designing web pages led to my interest in creating web graphics. I used to spend hours searching for just the right graphic(s). After discovering a site that that had Paint Shop Pro tutorials for creating web graphics, I learned to create my own graphics. I used Paint Shop Pro for years, adding Photoshop Elements, Photoshop, and eventually, Illustrator CS3. My recent work has been done in Illustrator.

What you’ll find here

Graphics created with either Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator, screenshots of some of the websites I designed, and links to graphic and basketmaking resources as well as some just for fun.
